These are the 3 Judges that refuse to issue arrest warrants against Israelis. 1/ Judge Nicolas Guillou, France, 2/ Judge Reine Alapini-Gansou, Benin, Judge Beti Hohler, Slovenia. The ICC is failing, and might very well fail, due to these 3 judges who are seemingly granting Israel impunity.

Is the ICC a racist institution that refuses to prosecute leaders from “the West?” Let’s scroll through every single ICC defendant on their website to find out. Huh, no seemingly no white people charged by the ICC.
