Genocide within a genocide

Daniel F. Prinsloo  @Daniel7Prinslo

With today being Sunday and some of the insane responses from so-called “Christians” on my post from two days ago that criticized their precious and untouchable Israel, I feel it appropriate to share this post again from a few weeks ago. Genocide within a Genocide

The ignorance and naivety of Evangelicals who support Israel and the Zionist elements within Christian churches is just mind boggling. Their blind loyalty, dare I say idolization of a people who aren’t even who they claim to be goes beyond rational thinking.

By saying “We stand with Israel” is an open declaration of genocide upon people who are innocent. BTW, Palestinians are more Semitic and Hebrew than the supposed Jews are.

Then there is the unspoken genocide within the already inhumane genocide, and that is the destruction of Palestinian Christians along with their Muslim brothers and sisters. Yes, it is a genocide by all definitions as it is a target of a specific ethnic group or religious group with the intent to drive them from their homeland, or to kill them off. The Palestinian lives lost aren’t just collateral damage or accidental casualties. They are purposefully targeted and led into vulnerable locations including withholding aid from them to cause starvation and disease. That is genocide regardless of how depraved and in denial a person is. Israel wants to destroy Palestinian heritage, culture, will, and livelihoods. That’s not war, it’s again for those who think Israel are little gods, genocide, and it’s a genocide on a people who have more rights to be called God’s people than the Jews do.

Israel has purposefully targeted some of the oldest churches in the world and it’s cleansing Gaza of all Christian history and identity where Christians lived in peace alongside Muslims throughout all of Palestine before the occupation began 76 years ago.

For Christians around the world, Palestine should be a heritage site as that is where Christianity started. Before Roman persecution, the first to murder and persecute Christians were the Jews.

Are Christians that uninformed about their history and what is written in the New Testament? Christians were chased out of Synagogues and started home churches in the times of antiquity.

In 2022 there was the cold-blooded murder of Shireen Abu Akleh (Pictured as a young girl), an Al Jazeera journalist who was also a Palestinian-American citizen and a Christian, and the Western media and U.S. State Department was silent, because her murderer was an IDF soldier. Then we all saw the footage of how Israeli police disrupted her funeral and attacked her coffin bearers to the point where her coffin fell in Palestine.

Do some Christians not see the hatred Israelis have for Muslims and Christians? Yet the lie is spread that Israel is the Christian’s world’s greatest ally and friend. Get lost with that nonsense. I dare any Christian to move to Israel and see how you are treated as a second-class citizen. Oh, they will welcome you as a tourist because they make a lot out of money from Christian tourists. Be warned, do not stray too far of the path, as you might get spit on. But maybe some Christians will accept Jewish spit as holy water and an anointing.

I have written off the Evangelicals and Zionists within Christian churches, and they will have to do a lot to convince me that they are sincere Christians. They will state, “Blessed are those who bless Israel and cursed are those who curse Israel”. Please miss me with that nonsense and caveman thinking. Current day Israel and the Jews having nothing in common with Biblical Israel.

As I said before, Palestinians have more claim to being Israel than Jews do.

Please learn and study history.

I have found more solidarity with Muslims, atheists, and just honest to God good people during this horror we are all witnessing. I have also come to known who my true Christian brethren are for who I am truly grateful. You are all warriors and I commend you for following Christ and showing His example in this time of need.

This is a moment in time that will define who stood for the unjust oppressors, and who stood against them giving a voice to the Palestinians. We will not get discouraged or distracted, because the people who are suffering will never give up. We owe it to them to keep on communicating. They deserve better from the collective world, and we see how they are heroes who will be held in high regard in the afterlife, judging their murderers, and those who took pleasure in their demise.

There are many more Shireen Abu Aklehs who is pictured in the attached photo in Gaza. Little girls with big dreams. Will we give them hope? We have to.
