At dawn on Sunday, 7 April, the Israeli occupation forces arrested eight Palestinian citizens. Among them are two freed female prisoners, during raids and searches of citizens’ homes in the occupied West Bank. The occupation forces re-arrested the two freed female prisoners: Layan Nasser (24 years old), during the storming of the town of Birzeit, north of the city of Ramallah, and Layan Kayed, after storming her house on Ain al-Misbah Street near Ramallah al-Tahta, in the center of the occupied West Bank.
Media sources noted that the two female captives, Kayed and Nasser, are students at the Faculty of Graduate Studies at Birzeit University. Pointing out that the occupation soldiers raided the university residence where Nasser lives, and vandalized its contents.

The brutal incident highlights the excessive use of force and aggression employed by the occupying forces against Palestinian civilians, even targeting innocent youths like Osayd Taha.
