For the most part, Arab countries have been silent. In fact, some of them, such as Jordan, have opened their airspaces to Israel. Nevertheless, some have taken action over the past few weeks and some have spoken out. The King of Jordan spoke out at the UN, calling for peace and denouncing Israel’s actions. His prime minister also did the same in subsequent pressers. Egypt, on the other hand, which has not stopped its exports to Israel, has remained deafaningly silent even after Israel violated the Camp David Accord and took over the Philadelphi Pass. Egypt also did not speak at the UN.
The following is some of Arab states’ comments and actions.

Confirming the exclusive information of the “Saheeh Masr” newsroom, the Egyptian Ministry of Transport published a statement stating that the German ship Catherine – which international organizations and authorities of various countries indicated was carrying, among other things, explosive materials for an Israeli arms company – stopped at the port of Alexandria and unloaded a cargo for the benefit of the Egyptian authorities. Catherine has been the focus of the human rights community since leaving a Vietnamese port last July, as activists and international human rights organizations such as BDS and Amnesty International, in addition to the Namibian authorities, said that “the ship was carrying explosives among its cargo for the largest supplier of defense materials in Israel.” @AmnestyAR
So, during a months-long journey, the ship suffered from the refusal of many countries to allow it to dock in their ports, for reasons mostly related to sympathy with the Palestinian cause, or fear of legal liability. Until the ship ended up in Alexandria port, before leaving for a Turkish port. The Egyptian Ministry of Defense had categorically denied in a statement yesterday “assisting Israel in its military operations,” and the Egyptian military spokesperson added on behalf of the Egyptian army that “there is no form of cooperation with Israel In this report, using satellite images and maps, the ship’s journey from the Vietnamese port until its arrival at the port of Alexandria and its departure towards a Turkish port is tracked, according to a statement by the Egyptian Ministry of Transport.
